If you are not fully satisfied with a product purchased directly from Herbalife or through an Herbalife Independent Distributor, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or an exchange. To initiate the return process, contact us to receive a Customer Refund Form, and send the completed form along with the product to the address we will provide.
Product Exchange Policy
If you'd like to exchange a nutritional or personal care product, you can do so within 30 days of receiving it. Simply reach out to us, and we will assist you in making the exchange. We will also reimburse your return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Products
If the product you received is damaged or defective, you can request a replacement within 30 days of receiving the product. Contact us for the return address, and we will cover the cost of shipping the defective product back to us as well as the cost of sending you the replacement item.
Lost or Stolen Return Shipments
Herbalife is not liable for any lost or stolen return shipments. We highly recommend using shipping methods that include insurance, tracking, and delivery confirmation to ensure the safe return of your item.
Processing Time for Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns and exchanges are typically processed within two business days after the Herbalife warehouse has received your returned items. Please note, however, that there may be a delay between the time your return is delivered to the warehouse and when we are officially notified of its receipt.
