Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over £79. Standard Shipping: For orders under £79, a shipping fee of £6.99 applies. After you place an order, we will send you a tracking link that provides detailed delivery information.

Fast Shipping

We aim to deliver your order within 1-3 days if it is processed by 12pm on the day you place it. Our reliable shipping partner, DPD, handles all deliveries.

Shipping Standards

To ensure consistent service quality, we adhere to Herbalife's Standard Operating Procedures. Below are the specific guidelines:

Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 12:00pm on a business day are typically sent to the warehouse on the same day, and in many cases, they are shipped that day. Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 12:00pm are sent to the warehouse the following business day and are usually shipped on that day. Processing Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of being processed, provided it’s a business day.

Please note, orders placed on holidays, weekends, or at the start or end of the month may experience slight delays.

Order Changes and Cancellations
